Paloma es una empleada de nuestro Contact Center. Paloma tiene un trabajo muy importante que desarrollar en el d\u00eda a d\u00eda, su labor es mantener el \u201cbuen rollo\u201d que necesita respirarse en un Contac Center de ventas. Paloma anima en su d\u00eda a d\u00eda a los comerciales, lleva el control en sala para que se respeten las normas b\u00e1sicas, detecta cuando alguna persona tiene un mal d\u00eda y se desvive por animarle.&nbsp; Paloma ayuda a que los agentes no acumulen tensi\u00f3n entre llamada y llamada,\u202fy rompan con la rutina que acompa\u00f1a a una intensa jornada de trabajo al tel\u00e9fono.\u202fPodr\u00eda extenderme en la descripci\u00f3n de su trabajo, pero voy a resumirlo en una palabra, Paloma es Animadora.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, la categor\u00eda de Animador no es una categor\u00eda que se contemple en el convenio actual. Hay algo que se me ha olvidado comentar y, es que Paloma es una persona con S\u00edndrome de Down. Utilizar\u00e9 una vez la palabra discapacidad porque es lo que se considera el S\u00edndrome de Down, sin embargo, Paloma est\u00e1 contratada por su capacidad.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afortunadamente, el considerar otro tipo de capacidades en el desarrollo de nuestro trabajo, no es algo que hayamos inventado. Os invito a leer este interesante art\u00edculo de <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"><a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2023\/07\/disability-as-a-source-of-competitive-advantage\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Harvard Buseness Review<\/a> <\/mark><\/strong>donde se habla de que, en muchas industrias,<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-amber-color\"> las empresas innovadoras est\u00e1n demostrando que la inclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad puede generar una ventaja competitiva real, fomenta una cultura m\u00e1s colaborativa y una rentabilidad a corto plazo.\u00a0<\/mark>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hago con este art\u00edculo una apolog\u00eda a las capacidades diferentes de personas consideradas con discapacidad intelectual como ventaja competitiva para el desarrollo de un trabajo que considero de vital importancia e invito a mis colegas del sector que saben de lo que hablo a que prueben la experiencia.
