Durante la jornada, se departi\u00f3 sobre los retos m\u00e1s desafiantes en la industria del Contact Center, as\u00ed como sobre el pasado, presente y futuro de la publicaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de los 30 bloggers espa\u00f1oles que representan al sector Contact Center nacional, CX Blog tambi\u00e9n cuenta con colaboradores provenientes de Portugal, Brasil, Colombia, M\u00e9xico y Per\u00fa, como parte de una estrategia de internacionalizaci\u00f3n que comenz\u00f3 en abril de 2021. Desde entonces, la comunidad ha experimentado un crecimiento constante, hasta alcanzar los m\u00e1s de 3.500 suscriptores que, a d\u00eda de hoy, disfrutan de sus contenidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa ha sido reconocida p\u00fablicamente por algunos de los actores m\u00e1s importantes en el marco del Contact Center. As\u00ed, en 2022, la Asociaci\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola de Experiencia y Relaci\u00f3n con Cliente (AEERC) galardon\u00f3 a CX Blog con el premio IMPACT por su valiosa contribuci\u00f3n a la industria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara al futuro m\u00e1s inmediato, CX Blog est\u00e1 explorando expandirse hacia nuevos mercados y planeando acciones que permitan dinamizar sus contenidos y hacer
