Estamos ante una <strong>tarea estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> que, bien ejecutada, puede potenciar no solo la eficiencia de la operaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n el bienestar de los empleados y la satisfacci\u00f3n de los clientes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, los clientes interact\u00faan con las empresas a trav\u00e9s de una gran variedad de canales: tel\u00e9fono, correo electr\u00f3nico, chats en vivo, redes sociales, aplicaciones de mensajer\u00eda, etc., transformando el modelo tradicional de gesti\u00f3n y exigiendo un <strong>enfoque omnicanal<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este nuevo escenario, prever el volumen de llamadas no es suficiente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Ahora, <strong>debemos entender las particularidades de cada canal<\/strong>, sus c\u00f3digos y garantizar que los activos de los que dispone cada BPO est\u00e9n correctamente asignados para garantizar un desempe\u00f1o \u00f3ptimo.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un delicado equilibrio<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la hora de planificar los recursos de los que dispone una organizaci\u00f3n, es necesario encontrar un <strong>balance adecuado<\/strong> entre productividad, eficiencia y experiencia del empleado, atendiendo a las exigencias que cada una plantea, sin que suponga una merma en las restantes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando hablamos de <strong>productividad<\/strong> no hay que limitarse a pensar en cifras, m\u00e9tricas y resultados. Debemos ir m\u00e1s all\u00e1, hacia donde otros no saben ver y garantizar que cada interacci\u00f3n aporte valor al cliente y a la empresa, diferenci\u00e1ndose de quienes tienen una visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s cortoplacista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta realidad pasa por analizar todos los datos con los que se cuenta sobre un usuario para poder <strong>anticiparse a sus demandas y necesidades<\/strong> y dedicar los activos precisos de la manera m\u00e1s eficiente posible. As\u00ed, podemos convertir cada interacci\u00f3n en una oportunidad de crecimiento y fidelizaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda -especialmente la <strong>Inteligencia Artificial y el Big Data<\/strong>-, se ha convertido en un aliado esencial gracias a su capacidad para analizar grandes vol\u00famenes de informaci\u00f3n y detectar patrones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por <strong>eficiencia<\/strong> entendemos el uso inteligente de la infraestructura t\u00e9cnica y humana de la que se dispone. Gracias a las herramientas de an\u00e1lisis predictivo y los sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de fuerza laboral, podemos ajustar horarios seg\u00fan la demanda real, evitando tanto tiempos muertos como sobrecargas innecesarias.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograrla, es necesario garantizar que cada profesional en la plataforma est\u00e9 convenientemente formado para poder alcanzar su <strong>m\u00e1ximo rendimiento<\/strong>. Esto supone un <em>win-win<\/em> de manual, ya que mientras que la persona adquiere nuevas habilidades, la empresa hace uso de \u00e9stas para lograr sus objetivos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, la capacidad de reaccionar ante picos de actividad, junto con una planificaci\u00f3n din\u00e1mica basada en datos en tiempo real, marca la diferencia entre una operaci\u00f3n que simplemente cumple objetivos y otra que los supera.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El \u00faltimo de estos tres ejes que debemos equilibrar es la <strong>experiencia de empleado<\/strong>, algo que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de simplemente gestionar los horarios de la plantilla o calcular el n\u00famero de agentes necesarios para seg\u00fan qu\u00e9 campa\u00f1as.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que esta estrategia sea efectiva, debe plantearse realizando un ejercicio de escucha activa, puesto que los agentes son el coraz\u00f3n del Contact Center. Dise\u00f1ar horarios flexibles, brindar pausas adecuadas y ofrecer oportunidades de crecimiento son medidas que mejoran su motivaci\u00f3n y reducen la rotaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado de una gesti\u00f3n efectiva de <strong>Workforce Management (WFM)<\/strong> no solo se traduce en mejores indicadores operativos, sino tambi\u00e9n en empleados m\u00e1s felices y clientes m\u00e1s satisfechos. El seguimiento de sus resultados es vital para realizar cambios en la hoja de ruta, algo que repercute directamente en la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Personas, tecnolog\u00eda y flexibilidad<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave para una correcta gesti\u00f3n de recursos radica en la personalizaci\u00f3n de las estrategias de Workforce Management seg\u00fan las necesidades espec\u00edficas de cada canal.
