{"id":12228,"date":"2025-10-24T07:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-10-24T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/?p=12228"},"modified":"2025-10-27T15:09:10","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T15:09:10","slug":"entrevista-a-mario-moraga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/es\/entrevista-a-mario-moraga\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrevista a Mario Moraga\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Director de Relaci\u00f3n Cliente y Expo Relaci\u00f3n Cliente<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si hay alguien que conoce bien el sector de la&nbsp;Customer&nbsp;Experience&nbsp;y los&nbsp;BPOs, no hay duda de que&nbsp;ese es&nbsp;Mario Moraga.&nbsp;Con casi 15 a\u00f1os en la industria trabajando en Relaci\u00f3n Cliente, uno de los medios m\u00e1s importantes de este sector, Mario&nbsp;es tambi\u00e9n el director de Expo Relaci\u00f3n Cliente, el congreso por excelencia de la industria del&nbsp;Contact&nbsp;Center, donde cada a\u00f1o se dan cita todos los profesionales del sector, reuniendo a m\u00e1s de 1200 personas.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y en esta vig\u00e9sima octava edici\u00f3n nos hemos querido sentar con \u00e9l para que nos cuente un poco m\u00e1s de este&nbsp;encuentro tan especial, que se celebrar\u00e1 los d\u00edas 5 y 6 de noviembre en&nbsp;Kin\u00e9polis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Para quienes no conocen el evento del a\u00f1o en la industria de la Customer Experience, \u00bfc\u00f3mo definir\u00edas ExpoRC?<\/strong><br>ExpoRC no solo es el evento del sector\u2026 \u00a1es vivir una experiencia! Es el punto de encuentro para aprender, inspirarse y, sobre todo, conectar. Llevamos 28 a\u00f1os haci\u00e9ndolo, pero cada edici\u00f3n es distinta: el objetivo es darle una personalidad bien marcada al encuentro anual, desarrollar una idea, crear un concepto y que todo gire en torno a \u00e9l. Queremos que, si asistes, adem\u00e1s de las conferencias con los principales actores del sector, en la zona EXPO vivas algo diferente, \u00fanico y que no se parezca a nada de lo que se hace en los eventos sectoriales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u00bfCon qu\u00e9 objetivo naci\u00f3 este congreso y cu\u00e1l es su misi\u00f3n hoy en d\u00eda?<\/strong><br>Naci\u00f3 para profesionalizar el sector y dar un espacio donde todos pudi\u00e9ramos compartir ideas y anticiparnos a lo que viene. Hoy seguimos con esa misi\u00f3n, pero con un toque m\u00e1s atrevido: queremos que la gente salga diciendo \u201cwow, esto no me lo esperaba, ha sido enriquecedor y divertido a la vez\u201d. Innovaci\u00f3n, networking y experiencias que te sacan de la rutina son nuestra esencia. Y adem\u00e1s, como dicen muchos asistentes: \u201cen dos d\u00edas me encuentro con todos mis clientes y partners, algo que no ocurre en ning\u00fan otro lugar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Este 2025 ser\u00e1 la 28\u00aa edici\u00f3n de ExpoRC. \u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido la motivaci\u00f3n para seguir creciendo cada a\u00f1o?<\/strong><br>La motivaci\u00f3n es simple: no me gusta repetir lo mismo cada edici\u00f3n. Cada proyecto de ExpoRC empieza con varias ideas disruptivas en mi cabeza y pienso: \u201c\u00bfc\u00f3mo podr\u00eda hacer que esto sorprendiera a todos?\u201d. As\u00ed voy testeando la idea con diferentes personas hasta que todo coge forma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hemos pasado por espacios emblem\u00e1ticos como IFEMA, hoteles, el Bernab\u00e9u o el Civitas Metropolitano, y ahora en Kin\u00e9polis contamos con salas de cine espectaculares para conferencias y una zona expo que podemos tematizar cada a\u00f1o, lo que nos permite reinventarnos sin limitaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si algo me encanta es ver la cara de la gente cuando va adentr\u00e1ndose en las diferentes zonas creadas en el evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. En una industria tan cambiante, \u00bfc\u00f3mo encaja ExpoRC a corto y medio plazo?<\/strong><br>Encaja porque no nos quedamos quietos. Este a\u00f1o, por ejemplo, el lema es \u201cBienvenidos al Planeta ClienteIA\u201d. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque la IA no es el futuro, es el presente, y quer\u00edamos crear un planeta donde todo gire en torno a eso. No es solo hablar de IA, es vivirla: desde la est\u00e9tica del evento hasta las experiencias que vas a tener. Queremos que salgas con ideas claras, pero tambi\u00e9n con la sensaci\u00f3n de haber viajado a otro mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Casi tres d\u00e9cadas dan para mucho. \u00bfAlguna an\u00e9cdota o evoluci\u00f3n que destacar\u00edas?<\/strong><br>Me acuerdo cuando cambiamos del Bernab\u00e9u al Metropolitano: hubo gente que nos llamaba para preguntar por d\u00f3nde se entraba\u2026 \u00a1y nos hab\u00edamos cambiado de estadio! No todo el mundo sabe de f\u00fatbol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dir\u00eda que lo mejor es ver c\u00f3mo hemos pasado de un evento cl\u00e1sico a algo que parece un parque tem\u00e1tico del conocimiento. Hemos tenido ediciones con est\u00e9tica retro, otras futuristas, hemos puesto food trucks, zonas de juegos, experiencias inmersivas\u2026 y cada a\u00f1o la gente nos pide m\u00e1s. Eso me encanta porque significa que esperan algo diferente, y eso me obliga a no conformarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. \u00bfAlguna sorpresa que puedas desvelarnos?<\/strong><br>Claro, como siempre la ambientaci\u00f3n va a dar mucho juego en el encuentro, hemos preparado una decoraci\u00f3n y actividades pensadas para sorprender\u2026 tambi\u00e9n contamos con diferentes zonas de networking, as\u00ed como<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este a\u00f1o tendremos dos salas de conferencias, m\u00e1s de 20 mesas de debate y actividades que no puedo contar todas porque perder\u00eda la gracia. Pero os adelanto que la creatividad en los stands va a ser brutal. Las empresas est\u00e1n adaptando todo a la tem\u00e1tica del planeta IA, as\u00ed que preparaos para ver cosas que no esperar\u00edas en un evento del sector.
