{"id":12268,"date":"2025-11-26T13:12:41","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T13:12:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/?p=12268"},"modified":"2025-11-26T13:12:42","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T13:12:42","slug":"equivocarse-tambien-es-parte-del-liderazgo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/es\/equivocarse-tambien-es-parte-del-liderazgo\/","title":{"rendered":"Equivocarse tambi\u00e9n es parte del\u00a0liderazgo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>No hay nada m\u00e1s humano que equivocarse.<\/strong>&nbsp;La gran cantidad de frases hechas, \u2018latinazgos\u2019 y refranes que existen sobre ello son una prueba inequ\u00edvoca de que&nbsp;errar es parte esencial de nuestra naturaleza, nos guste o no.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;este&nbsp;sector, en cuyo coraz\u00f3n est\u00e1n las personas, es fundamental saber c\u00f3mo gestionar estos peque\u00f1os (o grandes) fallos que todos cometemos para&nbsp;<strong>tolerar la frustraci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y hacer de una primera experiencia negativa&nbsp;algo de lo&nbsp;que podemos extraer&nbsp;aprendizajes a la vez que evitar que vuelva a pasar.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este art\u00edculo, mi intenci\u00f3n no es caer en los t\u00f3picos de \u201ccrisis&nbsp;en japon\u00e9s&nbsp;significa oportunidad\u201d o \u201clo que no te mata te hace m\u00e1s&nbsp;fuerte\u201d, sino crear una gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica basada en la experiencia para&nbsp;aprender a gestionar los errores&nbsp;propios&nbsp;de manera efectiva.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leer las olas para guiar mejor el barco<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Ser un l\u00edder no es una tarea f\u00e1cil, y menos en el&nbsp;Contact&nbsp;Center. No solo estamos al frente de equipos y tenemos un peso espec\u00edfico, sino que tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;<strong>debemos dar ejemplo<\/strong>, inspirar confianza y asumir la responsabilidad de las decisiones tomadas, incluso cuando las cosas no salen como esper\u00e1bamos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque parezca m\u00e1s que obvio,&nbsp;lo primero que se debe hacer cuando se comete un error es detectarlo y&nbsp;luego&nbsp;comunicarlo al resto del equipo.&nbsp;Es&nbsp;fundamental&nbsp;<strong>aceptar que este problema existe<\/strong>&nbsp;y no ocultarlo&nbsp;para poder poner en marcha&nbsp;el&nbsp;plan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta fase, debemos&nbsp;<strong>analizar&nbsp;con calma las causas<\/strong>,&nbsp;recopilar la informaci\u00f3n necesaria y acordar los pasos concretos que nos permitan corregir el rumbo sin perder de vista los objetivos principales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preguntas como \u00bfqu\u00e9 ha provocado el error?, \u00bfse pod\u00eda haber evitado?, \u00bfqu\u00e9 estaba bajo mi control y qu\u00e9 no? o \u00bfqu\u00e9 pod\u00edamos haber hecho de forma diferente?,&nbsp;nos ayudar\u00e1n a establecer un&nbsp;<strong>punto de situaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;del que&nbsp;partir para realizar&nbsp;el an\u00e1lisis.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Debes dimensionar correctamente el problema, comprender su magnitud real&nbsp;para pensar en sus posibles consecuencias. Esto nos condicionar\u00e1 la forma de actuar, comunicar y, sobre todo, tomar las decisiones adecuadas para el caso.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>A partir de aqu\u00ed,&nbsp;y ya con toda la informaci\u00f3n en la mano,&nbsp;<strong>hay que asumir la equivocaci\u00f3n&nbsp;p\u00fablicamente&nbsp;ante tu equipo<\/strong>,&nbsp;explicando qu\u00e9 ha pasado de la forma m\u00e1s objetiva posible. Como&nbsp;referente,&nbsp;esta&nbsp;decisi\u00f3n no solo te humaniza, sino que&nbsp;refuerza la confianza de tu equipo y fomenta una cultura de transparencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evita caer en victimismos&nbsp;y en culpar a otros o desviar la responsabilidad&nbsp;a la hora de dar explicaciones o pedir perd\u00f3n&nbsp;(esto \u00faltimo solo&nbsp;si crees que procede). Demuestra con acciones que est\u00e1s tomando medidas concretas para que no vuelva a ocurrir, y&nbsp;haz un seguimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>No debes temer al fracaso, pero&nbsp;nunca&nbsp;perderle el respeto<\/strong>.&nbsp;Aceptar los errores propios no es un signo de debilidad, sino una muestra de madurez y de liderazgo.&nbsp;Solo desde esa aceptaci\u00f3n es posible crecer y transformar un fallo&nbsp;en una oportunidad de crecimiento.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aprender a fracasar<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s&nbsp;importante&nbsp;del&nbsp;proceso&nbsp;anterior&nbsp;es la&nbsp;<strong>introspecci\u00f3n y reflexi\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;que hagamos&nbsp;a posteriori. Esta no solo sirve como catarsis personal y profesional, sino que tambi\u00e9n te&nbsp;ayudar\u00e1&nbsp;a tomar medidas para que no vuelva a suceder aquello que desencaden\u00f3 la crisis en cuesti\u00f3n, as\u00ed como poder manejar situaciones similares en el futuro.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez tengas tu razonamiento&nbsp;claro, consulta a tu c\u00edrculo de confianza. No solo te dar\u00e1n nuevas perspectivas sobre lo ocurrido, sino que&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n&nbsp;favorecer\u00e1&nbsp;la&nbsp;<strong>identificaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;\u00e1reas de mejora<\/strong>&nbsp;que quiz\u00e1 no hab\u00edas considerado y&nbsp;el&nbsp;dise\u00f1o&nbsp;de&nbsp;un plan de acci\u00f3n m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido y realista.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora es el momento de poner en negro sobre blanco todo aquello que has aprendido y c\u00f3mo&nbsp;puedes aplicarlo en tu d\u00eda a d\u00eda, tanto en la gesti\u00f3n del equipo como en tu propio desarrollo personal y profesional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elabora un&nbsp;<strong>Plan de Crisis<\/strong>&nbsp;si no tienes uno o actualiza el existente con los aprendizajes adquiridos.&nbsp;De esta forma,&nbsp;tendr\u00e1s acceso a&nbsp;un fondo documental en el que quedan registradas las soluciones implementadas a trav\u00e9s de una&nbsp;gu\u00eda pr\u00e1ctica para actuar con rapidez y eficacia ante futuros errores o imprevistos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cuando equivocarse significa crecer<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Aunque la frase est\u00e9 m\u00e1s que manida: de los errores se aprende.&nbsp;Pon en pr\u00e1ctica todo lo que has&nbsp;asimilado&nbsp;mientras enmendabas tu error y comparte estas ideas con tu equipo no solo por una mera cuesti\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, sino para inspirarlos y crear una cultura de mejora continua.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liderar no significa no equivocarse, sino tener la valent\u00eda de aprender del error, levantarse con m\u00e1s fuerza y guiar a otros a hacer lo
