El principal denominador com\u00fan que tienen las empresas que llegan a lo m\u00e1s alto de sus sectores es la importancia que conceden a&nbsp;<strong>la planificaci\u00f3n de sus procesos y estrategias<\/strong>, dejando a la improvisaci\u00f3n lo m\u00ednimo posible y&nbsp;apostando por la anticipaci\u00f3n, la organizaci\u00f3n rigurosa y la toma de decisiones basada en datos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pleno 2026 esto resulta a\u00fan m\u00e1s diferencial si cabe. Y si ya hablamos de nuestro sector, ni te cuento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>As\u00ed,\u00a0<strong>el soporte de\u00a0Workforce\u00a0Management (WFM) y la anal\u00edtica de datos<\/strong>\u00a0son ya imprescindibles para\u00a0optimizar recursos, anticipar necesidades y tomar decisiones estrat\u00e9gicas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Ya no se trata \u00fanicamente de ser m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos o m\u00e1s eficientes, sino de\u00a0<strong>ser m\u00e1s precisos<\/strong>.\u00a0La\u00a0capacidad\u00a0de anticiparse a cualquier escenario es un activo vital para cualquier organizaci\u00f3n. Ser proactivos no solo nos dota de la\u00a0habilidad\u00a0de reaccionar ante los imprevistos, sino de una visi\u00f3n a largo plazo que es diferencial.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Productividad sostenible<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si llevas unos a\u00f1os en el&nbsp;Contact&nbsp;Center,&nbsp;lo sabes de sobra, y si no, te lo cuento. Nuestras plataformas se encuentran en pleno proceso de transformaci\u00f3n gracias a la llegada de nuevas tecnolog\u00edas que potencian nuestra eficiencia. As\u00ed, en la actualidad predominan los&nbsp;<strong>entornos h\u00edbridos<\/strong>, en los que los agentes humanos y los&nbsp;virtuales&nbsp;coexisten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La convivencia no siempre es f\u00e1cil.&nbsp;No solo por el riesgo de&nbsp;resistencia al cambio que conlleva la implementaci\u00f3n de estas soluciones, sino por&nbsp;la necesidad de adaptar procesos, roles y comunicaci\u00f3n&nbsp;al nuevo ecosistema,&nbsp;para conseguir que se pueda gestionar toda la carga de trabajo sin fricciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto es donde&nbsp;<strong>Workforce&nbsp;Management (WFM)<\/strong>&nbsp;entra en escena para&nbsp;optimizar equipos, perfilar la planificaci\u00f3n de procesos, asignar y seguir tareas, etc.,&nbsp;con el objetivo de&nbsp;garantizar una operaci\u00f3n eficiente&nbsp;asegurando la colaboraci\u00f3n efectiva entre humanos y&nbsp;bots.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las \u00faltimas semanas ha tomado m\u00e1s vigencia a\u00fan si cabe por la aprobaci\u00f3n de la&nbsp;<strong>Ley de Servicios de Atenci\u00f3n a la Clientela (Ley SAC)<\/strong>,&nbsp;que&nbsp;establece est\u00e1ndares m\u00ednimos de calidad en la atenci\u00f3n, tiempos de espera&nbsp;y&nbsp;procesos de resoluci\u00f3n de incidencias,&nbsp;para ofrecer&nbsp;una experiencia m\u00e1s eficiente y consistente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara a su aplicaci\u00f3n en apenas nueve meses, el WFM permite&nbsp;<strong>dimensionar recursos<\/strong>, para as\u00ed prever no solo el n\u00famero de agentes designados a cada tarea, sino tambi\u00e9n la distribuci\u00f3n de la demanda, el volumen real de interacciones y los tiempos de atenci\u00f3n efectivos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante el reto que supone adaptarse a la nueva normativa, esta herramienta se convierte en un importante aliado en pro de la&nbsp;<strong>satisfacci\u00f3n del empleado<\/strong>.
