Este canal ha estado presente desde los inicios de nuestro sector y&nbsp;<strong>forma parte inherente de nuestra historia<\/strong>, tanto que, sin \u00e9l, no se entender\u00edan nuestros comienzos y su posterior evoluci\u00f3n.&nbsp;Es m\u00e1s, los t\u00e9rminos \u2018telemarketing\u2019 y \u2018Call&nbsp;Center\u2019&nbsp;est\u00e1n estrechamente vinculados a este canal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar del paso del tiempo, de la irrupci\u00f3n de nuevas formas de comunicaci\u00f3n y de las trabas impuestas desde el regulador, sigue contando con un protagonismo notable en nuestras plataformas. As\u00ed, aunque muchos lo quieran dar por muerto y enterrado, creo que&nbsp;<strong>le queda mucho recorrido<\/strong>&nbsp;por delante.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tecnolog\u00eda y cambio de h\u00e1bitos<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que ha llegado ese momento que muchos tememos y del que no hay vuelta atr\u00e1s:&nbsp;pronunciar&nbsp;aquello de \u201c<em>no entiendo a los j\u00f3venes<\/em>\u201d.&nbsp;Millennials&nbsp;y&nbsp;zoomers,&nbsp;m\u00e1s acostumbrados a los medios digitales, rechazan el tel\u00e9fono&nbsp;a la hora de contactar con otras personas y empresas, renunciando as\u00ed a&nbsp;<strong>su inmediatez, calidez y cercan\u00eda<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta brecha generacional no es lo \u00fanico que juega en su contra. Sin&nbsp;querer tirar piedras contra nuestro tejado, en esa eterna b\u00fasqueda de la eficiencia,&nbsp;muchas veces desde el sector hemos primado estrategias&nbsp;que han puesto el foco en la automatizaci\u00f3n, la contenci\u00f3n de costes y el autoservicio digital, a veces en detrimento de la&nbsp;<strong>calidad de la conversaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;y de la experiencia humana.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque es innegable que la omnicanalidad va a hacerse m\u00e1s presente cada d\u00eda que pasa, creo que&nbsp;<strong>el tel\u00e9fono va a seguir teniendo un rol fundamental<\/strong>&nbsp;en nuestras plataformas si atendemos a lo siguiente:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Calidad del dato.<\/strong>\u00a0El tel\u00e9fono\u00a0permite capturar informaci\u00f3n de forma directa y sin intermediaciones, reduciendo ambig\u00fcedades propias de otros canales escritos. La conversaci\u00f3n en tiempo real facilita matizar, validar y enriquecer los datos desde el primer contacto.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Entender al cliente.\u00a0<\/strong>La interacci\u00f3n\u00a0de persona a persona\u00a0aporta contexto, tono y matices emocionales que ayudan a comprender mejor las necesidades reales del cliente. Esto permite una escucha m\u00e1s activa y una detecci\u00f3n m\u00e1s precisa de expectativas o fricciones.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rotaci\u00f3n de la numeraci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Contribuye a mejorar la\u00a0contactabilidad\u00a0y la tasa de respuesta, evitando bloqueos o etiquetados negativos. Todo ello, siempre dentro de un uso responsable y alineado con la normativa vigente.\u00a0<br>\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cualificaci\u00f3n de agentes.<\/strong>\u00a0Formar a nuestros profesionales\u00a0en comunicaci\u00f3n, argumentaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de objeciones\u00a0acelera el aprendizaje de competencias.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>El tel\u00e9fono sigue siendo, y ser\u00e1, imprescindible para atender incidencias cr\u00edticas, clientes frustrados o procesos complejos y\/o sensibles. La inmediatez de la conversaci\u00f3n y la posibilidad de matizar en tiempo real marcan la diferencia frente a otros canales m\u00e1s as\u00edncronos, donde la resoluci\u00f3n puede alargarse o perder contexto.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Entre protecci\u00f3n y fricci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>Otro de los grandes \u201cenemigos\u201d del tel\u00e9fono, como ya hemos visto, es la legislaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;A las listas de exclusi\u00f3n que&nbsp;llevan entre nosotros desde hace a\u00f1os, debemos sumar otros m\u00e1s recientes, que hacen pagar&nbsp;\u201cjustos por pecadores\u201d y, para evitar posibles fraudes, nos hacen pasar a los operadores leg\u00edtimos por el filtro del&nbsp;<strong>prefijo 400<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si bien la medida&nbsp;parte de una intenci\u00f3n comprensible: proteger al usuario frente a posibles usos indebidos,&nbsp;<strong>en la pr\u00e1ctica introduce fricciones que&nbsp;afectan&nbsp;directamente&nbsp;a&nbsp;nuestra operativa<\/strong>. As\u00ed, puede tener un efecto contrario al pretendido y no solo a\u00f1aden&nbsp;una complejidad t\u00e9cnica innecesaria, sino&nbsp;que deterioran&nbsp;la experiencia&nbsp;ofrecida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creo que hay que\u00a0<strong>reflexionar sobre su impacto real en la actividad diaria del sector<\/strong>\u00a0y en la percepci\u00f3n que tiene el cliente cuando descuelga el tel\u00e9fono.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Porque, si algo ha demostrado el canal en todos estos a\u00f1os, es que su valor reside precisamente en la confianza y la inmediatez de la conversaci\u00f3n directa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<br><strong>El diferencial humano<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la nostalgia,&nbsp;de la inercia del propio sector&nbsp;o lo que muchos dir\u00edan que es&nbsp;\u201cmiedo al cambio\u201d, creo que el tel\u00e9fono cuenta con caracter\u00edsticas que lo hacen diferente a otros canales, como su&nbsp;<strong>capacidad de resoluci\u00f3n inmediata<\/strong>&nbsp;y su&nbsp;fortaleza al&nbsp;transmitir la empat\u00eda que caracteriza a los profesionales de nuestro sector.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>As\u00ed, frente a la automatizaci\u00f3n excesiva y sin prop\u00f3sito, nuestros agentes se han convertido en \u201cgestores de conversaciones\u201d, ya que, a trav\u00e9s del tel\u00e9fono,&nbsp;logran aportar&nbsp;<strong>contexto, criterio y cercan\u00eda en tiempo real<\/strong>que dif\u00edcilmente se replica en otros entornos digitales.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hablar de&nbsp;Contact&nbsp;Center es hablar del tel\u00e9fono.
