No se concibe el Customer Experience sin Employee Experience por lo tanto, sin ambas no puede existir un Customer Journey exitoso. Porque al igual que existe el journey de cliente, existe tambi\u00e9n el journey del empleado que va a condicionar el resultado sobre el primero. Hay que empezar por conocer bien a nuestras personas para poder accionar y contar con la inteligencia colectiva para crear un entorno que nos solo satisfaga, sino que supere las expectativas de los trabajadores y as\u00ed se genere un alto nivel de compromiso que se volcar\u00e1 en el trato al cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograr ese compromiso debe entenderse que el camino del empleado empieza incluso antes de su incorporaci\u00f3n. El journey (viaje) de una persona como colaboradora de una empresa debe atender a una visi\u00f3n hol\u00edstica, desde qu\u00e9 valores proyecta la empresa, c\u00f3mo es el proceso de captaci\u00f3n, el onboarding, que respuestas se dan ante una posible crisis, como se abordan momentos vitales e incluso la desvinculaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya inmersos en plena era digital, el impacto en la mejora de la experiencia de cliente y de empleado es fundamental incorporar una capa tecnol\u00f3gica mediante inteligencia artificial, automatizaciones y sobre todo data.
