Van a caer muchas barreras y probablemente se va a acelerar el proceso de digitalizaci\u00f3n y casi con toda seguridad, el consumidor va a pasar a tener una mayor fuerza en la relaci\u00f3n con las marcas y las empresas.<br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Vamos a recuperar un modelo con mayor centralidad en el cliente<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El resultado va a ser la aparici\u00f3n de mercados desconocidos o la redefinici\u00f3n de los mercados como los conocemos. Una evoluci\u00f3n del marco de relaci\u00f3n con las marcas y los canales utilizados, y que probablemente evolucionar\u00e1n de manera definitiva a una mayor personalizaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n la manera en la que percibimos nuestro entorno y c\u00f3mo tomamos decisiones, o c\u00f3mo nos relacionamos y colaboramos, o como creamos y aportamos valor. Vamos a recuperar un modelo con mayor centralidad en el cliente y sus necesidades apoyados en una tecnolog\u00eda que nos permitir\u00e1 superar barreras y hacer cosas nuevas que antes no \u00e9ramos capaces de hacer, y casi con toda probabilidad, hacerlo con una magnitud que nunca antes hemos tenido.<br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los ejes sobre los que se van a producir los cambios se deber\u00e1n basar en evolucionar los modelos de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios desde lo m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico a lo m\u00e1s t\u00e1ctico, donde como dec\u00eda con anterioridad, la personalizaci\u00f3n va a ser el eje de la relaci\u00f3n con las marcas y con una galer\u00eda amplia de canales, en funci\u00f3n de las diferentes necesidades y con garant\u00edas de trazabilidad entre estos canales aunque sean presenciales.<br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y todo esto en un momento en el que las incertidumbres nos van a obligar a vaticinar a\u00fan con mayor certeza las inversiones y su rentabilidad, donde en muchas ocasiones, tendremos que sacrificar escenarios de dudosa sostenibilidad, por otros, que permitan asegurar la experiencia de los clientes.<br><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>La personalizaci\u00f3n se ha convertido en un nuevo mandamiento para las marcas<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estoy firmemente convencido de que la personalizaci\u00f3n se ha convertido en un nuevo mandamiento para las marcas, especialmente a la luz de lo que ha sucedido durante la pandemia.<br><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El momento empresarial y tecnol\u00f3gico que vivimos es sin duda uno de los m\u00e1s retadores de la historia reciente.
