Y si, en su mayor\u00eda, son cambios que han venido para quedarse y que suponen una evoluci\u00f3n ineludible, hoy m\u00e1s que nunca, hacia la Experiencia de Cliente y Empleado como motor estrat\u00e9gico para superar los retos que la situaci\u00f3n socio econ\u00f3mica nos plantea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>F\u00f3rmulas nuevas de comunicarnos, interactuar, colaborar que antes nos parec\u00edan lejanas<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El teletrabajo es un claro ejemplo de esta necesaria evoluci\u00f3n. Garantizar las condiciones para el trabajo en remoto ha supuesto, en muchos casos, una transici\u00f3n hacia f\u00f3rmulas nuevas de comunicarnos, interactuar, colaborar que antes nos parec\u00edan lejanas y supon\u00edan una barrera mental llena de ideas preconcebidas: \u00bfson productivos mis empleados si los dejo trabajar desde casa? \u00bfpodemos obtener buenos resultados en las sesiones de cocreaci\u00f3n con empleados o clientes a trav\u00e9s de herramientas digitales? \u00bfson aplicables las herramientas de Design Thinking al mundo online? La respuesta a estas y otras cuestiones en esta misma l\u00ednea es si, ofreciendo las garant\u00edas tecnol\u00f3gicas que aseguren un trabajo seguro y de calidad, utilizando o adaptando herramientas de trabajo colaborativo a las necesidades de cada proyecto, formando y capacitando a los empleados en nuevas habilidades, d\u00e1ndoles el empowerment suficiente para proponer, idear e innovar y, sobre todo, confiando en tu equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Dise\u00f1ar la estrategia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda desde, por y para las personas -empleado y el cliente-<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>El teletrabajo, la capacitaci\u00f3n e-learning, la innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, la adaptaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00edas, las nuevas f\u00f3rmulas de relacionarnos, la importancia del componente emocional, la necesidad de generar v\u00ednculos (eliminando la frialdad digital) son ahora elementos imprescindibles para las empresas teniendo en cuenta que, el foco, debe ser el mismo: dise\u00f1ar la estrategia de la compa\u00f1\u00eda desde, por y para las personas -empleado y el cliente-.
