{"id":8639,"date":"2022-06-29T11:20:44","date_gmt":"2022-06-29T11:20:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/?p=8639"},"modified":"2022-06-29T11:20:46","modified_gmt":"2022-06-29T11:20:46","slug":"activar-el-valor-desde-el-contact-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/es\/activar-el-valor-desde-el-contact-center\/","title":{"rendered":"Activar el valor desde el Contact Center"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan una reciente encuesta de Accenture, <em>Servicio de Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente de Principio a Fin<\/em>, las empresas que entienden el contact center como generador de valor, en lugar de centro de costes, multiplican sus ingresos hasta por 3,5, de manera que estas empresas, ponen foco en la creaci\u00f3n de valor para sus clientes de manera proactiva, tanto para particulares como negocios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El estudio se basa en la opini\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 2.000 ejecutivos responsables de la atenci\u00f3n al cliente o relacionados con este servicio y 16.700 clientes empresariales y consumidores en 13 pa\u00edses, entre ellos Espa\u00f1a y 14 sectores diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son varias las oportunidades que se identifican y que definir\u00e1n en muchos casos, un nuevo paradigma, en el que el servicio al cliente, se va a convertir en uno de los canales principales en los modelos de atenci\u00f3n omnicanales. Las oportunidades que se vislumbran seg\u00fan el estudio se basan en aumentar la confianza con un servicio proactivo y predictivo; en aumentar el uso ayudando a los clientes a obtener m\u00e1s valor e incrementar las posibilidades activando los conocimientos de servicio en el&nbsp;<em>front office<\/em>; y finalmente, el aumento de la confianza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, la clave que desvela esta encuesta, es que las empresas pueden reducir la intensidad y la frecuencia con la que los clientes se esfuerzan por contactar con la empresa y expresar sus necesidades, preferencias y sugerencias a trav\u00e9s de la proactividad y las predicciones en la atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En relaci\u00f3n con la oportunidad de ayudar a los clientes a obtener m\u00e1s valor, Accenture sugiere que los agentes del servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente pueden convertirse en asesores de confianza para maximizar el valor entregado a los clientes, proporcionando asesoramiento estrat\u00e9gico personalizado y relevante sobre c\u00f3mo obtener sacar el m\u00e1ximo rendimiento a sus compras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Adem\u00e1s, estamos viendo un crecimiento de los ingresos de hasta diez veces mayor, cuanto m\u00e1s involucrado est\u00e1 su servicio de atenci\u00f3n al cliente en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, y es aqu\u00ed donde surge un nuevo reto, que consiste en incorporar a los procesos de innovaci\u00f3n tanto de productos y servicios, los conocimientos de la atenci\u00f3n al cliente.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier caso, la conexi\u00f3n con la digitalizaci\u00f3n requiere inversiones en tecnolog\u00eda, con una estrategia que ponga al cliente en el centro de la generaci\u00f3n de experiencia y, por tanto, de la creaci\u00f3n de valor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenemos que conseguir que desde los Contact Center podamos utilizar los datos y el conocimiento para anticiparnos a las necesidades del cliente y garantizar que todas las interacciones a\u00f1aden valor a su
