En esta nota, te invito a pensar un nuevo modelo de trabajo fusionado y flexible.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-el-desafio-disenar-nuevas-formas-de-trabajo\"><a><\/a>El desaf\u00edo: dise\u00f1ar nuevas formas de trabajo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Muchas organizaciones se encuentran atascadas en el dise\u00f1o de la nueva manera de trabajo com\u00fanmente llamada \u00abh\u00edbrida\u00bb. \u00bfDos d\u00edas presencial y tres virtuales? \u00bfUno y cuatro? \u00bfMa\u00f1anas presenciales, tardes virtuales? \u00bfCompletamente remoto o presencial? \u00a1He visto de todo!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Para destrabar el problema necesitamos, en primer lugar, entender con claridad qu\u00e9 necesitan nuestros empleados y, en segundo lugar, qu\u00e9 necesita la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero esto no termina aqu\u00ed. Debemos <strong>amalgamar las dos cosas y dise\u00f1ar algo nuevo que funcione lo mejor posible para todos los involucrados y para el negocio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Qu\u00e9 necesitan nuestros empleados<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les preguntas a tus empleados c\u00f3mo les gustar\u00eda dise\u00f1ar su forma de trabajo, seguramente recibas respuestas tan diversas como las que puedes ver en la encuesta a continuaci\u00f3n. Se trata, por sobre todo, de adquirir nuevas competencias asociadas a mayores niveles de adaptabilidad al cambio, agilidad, innovaci\u00f3n, digitalizaci\u00f3n\u2026 la lista es interminable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y, para lograr esto, la cultura y las personas son dos habilitadores clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 momentos necesitamos (o no) a nuestra gente trabajando juntos? \u00bfEn forma presencial o virtual?
