Qu\u00e9 duda cabe que la COVID-19 derrib\u00f3 con su llegada el establishment que exist\u00eda en las organizaciones para conceptos como presencialidad, digitalizaci\u00f3n, segmentaci\u00f3n de clientes, conocimiento de los equipos y por qu\u00e9 no decirlo, el conocimiento de nosotros mismos.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ahora bien, si la pandemia abri\u00f3 las puertas a nuevas metodolog\u00edas de trabajo, es impensable asumir que la forma en c\u00f3mo lider\u00e1bamos no deb\u00eda cambiar. Es aqu\u00ed donde se potencia la relevancia del Liderazgo Transformacional que no es otra que el cuidado y florecimiento de nuestros equipos basado en ambientes de confianza y autoconocimiento de nuestras fortalezas, que a su vez permitan la aparici\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda creativa, la misma que hace posible las innovaciones que crean nuevos productos, refabrican los procesos y solucionan problemas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y en ese sentido, si gozamos de equipos innovadores y \u00e1giles que le otorgan a las empresas la posibilidad de responder en menor tiempo a las necesidades que aparezcan, tambi\u00e9n contamos con la posibilidad de controlar de manera exitosa el Employee Experience, definido como el v\u00ednculo que existe entre las personas y las empresas tanto en lo personal como en lo profesional, mundos que se vinculan y se entrelazan de un modo tal que no es posible separarlos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es aqu\u00ed donde es obligatorio remarcar tanto la importancia del v\u00ednculo entre l\u00edderes y equipos, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n la reinvenci\u00f3n para acompa\u00f1ar el movimiento natural que atraviesan las personas y los grupos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3n, cuando un colaborador es escuchado, desarrollado y se siente parte de los proyectos, no solo tiene menores probabilidades de irse, sino que pondr\u00e1 a disposici\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n tanto de enormes dosis de agilidad as\u00ed como diversas ideas que garanticen la sostenibilidad del valor a lo largo del tiempo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cLo \u00fanico constante es el cambio\u201d frase que acu\u00f1\u00f3 hace m\u00e1s de 2,000 a\u00f1os el fil\u00f3sofo griego Her\u00e1clito de Efeso y que con la cual inicio la mayor parte de las conferencias.
