Depende a quem perguntamos. Quem trabalha no setor dir\u00e1 que os espa\u00e7os de trabalho s\u00e3o na grande maioria bons, com estruturas de apoio como cantinas, m\u00e1quinas de vending. Ir\u00e1 dizer que as pessoas cumprem as suas pausas e horas de refei\u00e7\u00e3o, que t\u00eam um plano de &nbsp;forma\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se imaginarmos o dia a dia de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o antes da pandemia, visualizamos open space\u00b4s onde ouvimos as pessoas ao telefone , os supervisores pela sala a dar apoio e uma agita\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00edpica de um Contact Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a pandemia, o cen\u00e1rio j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 o mesmo. Ou temos contact centers vazios, ou com metade da capacidade, cumprindo com o distanciamento f\u00edsico, e as pessoas de m\u00e1scara, alguns com divis\u00f3rias entre postos de trabalho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nunca foi t\u00e3o cr\u00edtico que as empresas tenham uma estrat\u00e9gia e uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o alinhadas<\/strong>. N\u00e3o me refiro apenas a planos de conting\u00eancia, esses v\u00e3o sendo moldados \u00e0s v\u00e1rias normas publicadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Refiro-me sobretudo \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de cada neg\u00f3cio e ao papel e contributo de cada colaborador no alcance dessa estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes da pandemia j\u00e1 existia essa necessidade. Mas era claramente um ponto que ainda estava em desenvolvimento. Normalmente estamos focados em procedimentos, qualidade, NPS, forma\u00e7\u00e3o de vendas, preenchimento de campos no sistema, indicadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Envolver as pessoas na estrat\u00e9gia, p\u00f4-los a refletir no seu papel e dar-lhes o <strong>prop\u00f3sito<\/strong> ficam para segundo plano. \u00c9 verdade que \u00e9 algo identificado por muitas empresas, mas ser\u00e1 j\u00e1 um objetivo de todos envolver as equipas de Contact Center e mostrar-lhes que o contributo deles \u00e9 absolutamente essencial para tudo o resto?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u00c9 fundamental que os operadores e supervisores tamb\u00e9m sejam envolvidos na estrat\u00e9gia do Cliente<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso de Contact Centers internos , \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e o envolvimento. No caso de Outsourcing, al\u00e9m da estrat\u00e9gia do Contact Center, \u00e9 fundamental que os operadores e supervisores tamb\u00e9m sejam envolvidos na estrat\u00e9gia do Cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E porque \u00e9 este ponto cr\u00edtico? H\u00e1 v\u00e1rios estudos que demonstram a necessidade de sabermos porque desempenhamos determinada fun\u00e7\u00e3o e porque o nosso trabalho \u00e9 importante para a empresa e\/ou Cliente que representamos. S\u00f3 assim nos sentimos envolvidos e sabemos qual \u00e9 a nossa miss\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#f6c738\"><strong>Quando falamos de um Contact Center, um canal preferencial para a maioria das empresas, falamos da fun\u00e7\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3xima dos clientes na estrutura das empresas. Os operadores s\u00e3o os embaixadores seja da Qualidade, da Satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o, Vendas, Fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o e at\u00e9 Transforma\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas ser\u00e1 que explicamos tudo isto de forma clara \u00e0s nossa equipas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#f6c738\"><strong>Um colaborador alinhado com o \u201ccaminho\u201d da sua empresa, que sabe o impacto positivo e negativo do seu trabalho, que conhece bem a import\u00e2ncia do que faz \u00e9 um colaborador com um esp\u00edrito de miss\u00e3o.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se esta mensagem, clara, inequ\u00edvoca, j\u00e1 falha em outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es, o Contact Center tende a ficar no fim da linha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u2026para que os nossos operadores saibam o papel essencial que desempenham na estrat\u00e9gia da empresa<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Num contexto de Teletrabalho, os la\u00e7os com o nosso empregador s\u00e3o ainda mais importantes. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 um contacto f\u00edsico di\u00e1rio com as nossas empresas, o envolvimento sai claramente prejudicado. Nesta altura \u00e9 essencial que reforcemos este <strong>prop\u00f3sito<\/strong>, que mantenhamos uma comunica\u00e7\u00e3o muito clara com as nossas equipas.
