{"id":3772,"date":"2020-05-26T09:25:59","date_gmt":"2020-05-26T09:25:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/who-am-i-being-that-my-peoples-eyes-are-not-shining\/"},"modified":"2022-02-21T17:29:14","modified_gmt":"2022-02-21T17:29:14","slug":"who-am-i-being-that-my-peoples-eyes-are-not-shining","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cxblog.com\/pt-pt\/who-am-i-being-that-my-peoples-eyes-are-not-shining\/","title":{"rendered":"Who am I being that my people&#8217;s eyes are not shining?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#f6c738\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>S\u00e3o ineg\u00e1veis os efeitos devastadores desta pandemia,<\/strong> pela perda de milhares vidas humanas, pelo impacto no dia-a-dia das pessoas retirando-lhes liberdade e acentuando significativamente a necessidade de seguran\u00e7a, o isolamento e a exclus\u00e3o social, pelo impacto actual e futuro na economia e por toda a instabilidade emocional que isso nos provoca.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o que vivemos, trouxe-nos tamb\u00e9m <strong>aspetos extremamente positivos<\/strong>: transformou a forma como olhamos o mundo, tom\u00e1mos uma maior consci\u00eancia que de uma forma ou de outra somos muito mais dependentes dos outros do que aquilo que algum dia paramos para pensar, e isso tornou-nos mais humanos, mais atentos \u00e0s necessidades dos outros e mais dispon\u00edveis para partilhar.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u2026tornou-nos mais humanos, mais atentos \u00e0s necessidades dos outros e mais dispon\u00edveis para partilhar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> n\u00e3o foi diferente, finalmente se sente o enraizamento efetivo da consci\u00eancia que conceitos como Sustentabilidade, Responsabilidade social, Foco nas Pessoas e Customer Centricity, s\u00e3o muito mais que meras palavras escritas numa folha de papel ou no &#8220;Quem somos&#8221; dos Websites Corporativos; sente-se verdadeiramente uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o de paradigma do &#8220;for profit&#8221; para o &#8220;for benefit&#8221; com o prop\u00f3sito a sobrepor-se ao lucro, porque percebeu-se a verdadeira defini\u00e7\u00e3o de sustentabilidade! Como eu gosto de dizer:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u2026sente-se verdadeiramente uma altera\u00e7\u00e3o de paradigma do &#8220;for profit&#8221; para o &#8220;for benefit&#8221; com o prop\u00f3sito a sobrepor-se ao lucro\u2026<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Isto s\u00f3 funciona se for bom para todos!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Mas como avaliamos o evolu\u00e7\u00e3o deste processo?<\/em><\/strong> <strong>Como se mede o &#8220;For Benefit?&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Foi ent\u00e3o que me lembrei de um trecho do v\u00eddeo <strong>&#8220;O poder transformador da m\u00fasica cl\u00e1ssica&#8221;<\/strong> do <strong>Maestro Benjamin Zander<\/strong>, que nos mostra como avaliar a perce\u00e7\u00e3o que as Pessoas (clientes, colaboradores e a comunidade em geral) t\u00eam sobre uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. <strong>Olhamos as pessoas nos olhos.
