No meu entender 2019 ser\u00e1 o ano do Employee Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De facto, tudo o que se discutiu e falou num passado recente sobre Intelig\u00eancia Artificial, e na dimens\u00e3o de as m\u00e1quinas poderem realizar grande parte das tarefas transacionais simples libertando os humanos para os talentos, deixa um espa\u00e7o interessante para se evoluir, consolidar e recentrar nas experi\u00eancias dos colaboradores ao longo da rela\u00e7\u00e3o com uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado as empresas deram saltos significativos nos \u00faltimos anos no que se chama Customer Experience, que reflete a soma de todas as intera\u00e7\u00f5es de um Cliente com uma determinada empresa. Como grande parte desse trabalho est\u00e1 endere\u00e7ado, e sendo uma pr\u00e1tica entendida e implementada nas principais empresas, deixa de ser um fator competitivo. \u00c9 tempo de se focarem no Employee Experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;A Employee Experience \u00e9 uma iniciativa estrat\u00e9gica cujo objetivo vai al\u00e9m de tornar o emprego mais divertido e agrad\u00e1vel&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o que \u00e9 o Employee Experience? N\u00e3o \u00e9 mais do que o somat\u00f3rio de todas as experi\u00eancias e percep\u00e7\u00f5es pelas quais os colaboradores passam quando trabalham numa empresa. \u00c9 uma abordagem centrada nos colaboradores atrav\u00e9s da qual todos os processos e fluxos de trabalho s\u00e3o pensados em torno dos mesmos, melhorando assim as suas experi\u00eancias quotidianas e globais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A combina\u00e7\u00e3o dos avan\u00e7os na Data Science e Intelig\u00eancia Artificial criou uma press\u00e3o adicional sobre a dete\u00e7\u00e3o e reten\u00e7\u00e3o dos talentos. N\u00e3o s\u00f3 para operar novas dimens\u00f5es do trabalho (surgem listas e listas de novos empregos que v\u00e3o ser necess\u00e1rios e ainda n\u00e3o foram sequer inventados) como para os empregos existentes que foram depurados das tarefas transaccionais e simples, logo mais exigentes e complexos. E poucas s\u00e3o as empresas que se podem dar ao luxo de ficar fora desta guerra pelos talentos. E muitas vezes, fruto de uma competi\u00e7\u00e3o ao c\u00eantimo, o fator salarial deixa de ser um fator diferenciador. Torna-se dram\u00e1tico: o dinheiro, que sempre foi o grande desbloqueador para atrair e reter talentos, n\u00e3o resolve esta quest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E \u00e9 aqui que aparece a Employee Experience como um fator diferenciador , na medida em que pode dar \u00e0s empresas uma vantagem competitiva em atrair talentos, envolv\u00ea-los e incentiv\u00e1-los a permanecer nas suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aten\u00e7\u00e3o: A Employee Experience \u00e9 uma iniciativa estrat\u00e9gica cujo objetivo vai al\u00e9m de tornar o emprego mais divertido e agrad\u00e1vel. Para uma fant\u00e1stica Employee Experience podem contribuir fant\u00e1sticas festas e festarolas, mesas de pingue pongue, free snacks, torneios de futebol e aulas de gin\u00e1stica gr\u00e1tis. Mas tudo isso pode n\u00e3o ter efeito nenhum. \u00c9 que a Employee Experience envolve o design e o proporcionar de experi\u00eancias diferenciadas para colaboradores. Experi\u00eancias essas alinhadas com a cultura da empresa. E essas experi\u00eancias saem da esfera do habitual (recrutamento, integra\u00e7\u00e3o, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de desempenho, forma\u00e7\u00e3o) mas tamb\u00e9m incluem experi\u00eancias vivenciadas pelos colaboradores com as instala\u00e7\u00f5es, TI, iniciativas e comunica\u00e7\u00f5es corporativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 toda uma Employee Journey que deve ser identificada e compreendida. At\u00e9 bem pouco tempo atr\u00e1s a Employee Journey era bem est\u00e1vel. Mas a press\u00e3o, falada atr\u00e1s, decorrente da escassez de talentos levou a que os colaboradores mudassem de empresa de forma mais frequente. Muitas vezes sem as empresas perceberem bem o que aconteceu e quais os fatores envolvidos. Assim, as empresas devem fornecer desenvolvimento mais r\u00e1pido, mover as pessoas com mais regularidade, fornecer ciclos cont\u00ednuos de promo\u00e7\u00e3o e dar aos colaboradores mais ferramentas para gerirem as suas pr\u00f3prias carreiras. Os esfor\u00e7os das empresas devem ser orientados em torno das diferentes necessidades e expectativas que os colaboradores de hoje t\u00eam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Employee Experience \u00e9 sobre as experi\u00eancias do dia a dia que uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o fornece aos seus colaboradores. Assim, o acumular de experi\u00eancias pode tornar-se t\u00e3o forte, que refor\u00e7a o branding e reconhecimento das empresas de dentro para fora. Gera admira\u00e7\u00e3o e a admira\u00e7\u00e3o atrai talentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Eu refor\u00e7o a minha percep\u00e7\u00e3o: 2019 vai ser o ano do Employee Experience&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E essa admira\u00e7\u00e3o pode chegar de v\u00e1rias formas. Uma dessas formas \u00e9 atrav\u00e9s de websites como o LinkedIn ou Glassdoor que torna muito f\u00e1cil aos potenciais novos colaboradores avaliarem e constru\u00edrem uma opini\u00e3o sobre a Employee Experience de uma empresa antes de qualquer tipo de contacto. \u00c9 tudo muito direto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eu refor\u00e7o a minha percep\u00e7\u00e3o: 2019 vai ser o ano do Employee Experience. Da minha parte vou centrar a minha participa\u00e7\u00e3o nestes f\u00f3runs na partilha e reflex\u00e3o sobre o que as empresas podem fazer para aumentar a satisfa\u00e7\u00e3o dos seus colaboradores.
