Para um recrutador \u00e9 sempre mais dif\u00edcil recrutar para opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Outbound porque as pessoas t\u00eam enraizada a ideia de que o Outbound \u00e9 muito agressivo ou de que s\u00f3 est\u00e3o l\u00e1 para enganar clientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso do <b>Contact Center<\/b> o cen\u00e1rio n\u00e3o muda muito, mudam apenas as raz\u00f5es. Muitas empresas de Contact Center n\u00e3o querem ouvir falar em Outbound, alegando que \u00e9 um neg\u00f3cio arriscado, sobretudo pelo modelo de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o que tipicamente \u00e9 todo ou em grande parte vari\u00e1vel e porque s\u00e3o opera\u00e7\u00f5es sem grande estabilidade ou curtas no tempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E as <b>empresas<\/b> que recorrem ao Outbound para vender os seus produtos e servi\u00e7os? Gostam de Outbound? Nem todas\u2026 Empresas com forte vertente comercial n\u00e3o prescindem deste canal, empresas mais conservadoras t\u00eam medo dele. E porqu\u00ea? D\u00e1 trabalho a gerir, surgem temas de Qualidade, os prestadores reclamam do modelo de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o, os objetivos s\u00e3o normalmente ambiciosos. Enfim, uma pan\u00f3plia de fatores que renegam o Outbound para segundo plano, at\u00e9 mesmo o escondendo como se de uma doen\u00e7a contagiosa se tratasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mas ser\u00e1 o Outbound um criminoso que queremos trancar a sete chaves, onde a opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 escondida algures fora dos grandes centros ou s\u00f3 \u00e9 utilizada quando os objetivos n\u00e3o est\u00e3o famosos e precisamos de \u201cacelerar\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na minha opini\u00e3o\u2026N\u00c3O! Ora vejamos: \u00e9 um canal abrangente, podemos contactar clientes de todas as regi\u00f5es, de todos os setores, de todas as profiss\u00f5es, sem sair do lugar. S\u00f3 precisamos do seu telefone e da sua autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para o fazer (N\u00e3o esquecer a sigla que marca 2018 \u2013 RGPD).<br>\u00c9 flex\u00edvel e acion\u00e1vel, basta para isso aumentarmos a equipa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tem amplos meios de controlo e de acompanhamento, como monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, medi\u00e7\u00e3o de indicadores, de conhecimento, entre muitos outros.<br>Tudo \u00e9 alvo de Outbound? Claro que n\u00e3o, n\u00e3o deve ser um meio de varrimento de bases de dados, uma forma de assediar clientes de forma cega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Outbound vem aliado a tecnologia, a bases de dados segmentadas com modelos preditivos, a clientes que pretendem ser contactados ou que pelo menos est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis para atender o telefone. Para que tudo funcione bem, o software de uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Outbound \u00e9 requisito essencial. \u00c9 \u00e1gil, eficiente, e funciona em prol da equipa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E por fim, a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o. Como remunerar uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o de Outbound, focada em vendas?<br>O modelo vari\u00e1vel \u00e9 indispens\u00e1vel para que o foco e a vontade de melhorar n\u00e3o se percam. Mas o modelo fixo \u00e9 o outro lado da balan\u00e7a, que vai equilibrar temas como a forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a qualidade e o acompanhamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como todos estes ingredientes, Outbound \u00e9 sin\u00f3nimo de clandestinidade, agressividade, falta de qualidade? N\u00e3o, \u00e9 o ponta de lan\u00e7a indispens\u00e1vel em qualquer equipa, que marca muitos golos, com per\u00edcia e que d\u00e1 espet\u00e1culo. Que leva as pessoas ao est\u00e1dio!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E se tudo isto estiver alinhado, deixo uma mensagem para cada um dos intervenientes acima mencionados:<br>Para os operadores: Trabalhar num Contact Center tem as suas dificuldades, a fun\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser rotineira, cansativa e, sobretudo, numa Linha de atendimento atendemos clientes chateados, com d\u00favidas, magoados, frustrados muitas vezes. E mesmo com todas estas condicionantes, ainda temos de vender!<br>Sermos n\u00f3s a ligar a um cliente, perceber as suas necessidades, mostrar-lhe os benef\u00edcios do que estamos a vender \u00e9 um desafio brutal, permite-nos crescer em motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, em confian\u00e7a e em postura perante os outros. Porque na realidade n\u00e3o estamos aqui para entrar \u201c\u00e0 for\u00e7a\u201d na vida dos clientes, mas sim para sermos os seus consultores e os ajudarmos nas escolhas do dia-a-dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para os Contact Centers: tenham orgulho neste canal e apostem nelas porque terem a coragem de o fazer \u00e9 mostrarem ao mercado a vossa qualidade e a confian\u00e7a que t\u00eam no que fazem!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para as empresas: T\u00eam medo de Outbound? Falta de confian\u00e7a? S\u00f3 depende do que pretendem, resultados consistentes ou \u201ctapa buracos\u201d? Se preferem a primeira op\u00e7\u00e3o, invistam na qualidade e estabilidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acompanhem, formem, incentivem, remunerem e ter\u00e3o opera\u00e7\u00f5es a entregar resultados consistentes.<br><b><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Outbound.
