A maioria de n\u00f3s nem se apercebe o que est\u00e1 a mudar no nosso c\u00e9rebro e na maneira como aprendemos e apreendemos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comecemos l\u00e1 bem atr\u00e1s: segundo a neuroci\u00eancia, a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de alfabetiza\u00e7\u00e3o exigiu um novo circuito no c\u00e9rebro da nossa esp\u00e9cie h\u00e1 mais de 6.000 anos. Inicialmente descodificava informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas mas evoluiu at\u00e9 a um c\u00e9rebro altamente elaborado e evolu\u00eddo. E a leitura \u00e9 o expoente m\u00e1ximo dessa evolu\u00e7\u00e3o. O presente c\u00e9rebro de leitura permite o desenvolvimento de alguns dos nossos processos intelectuais e afetivos mais importantes: conhecimento, racioc\u00ednio anal\u00f3gico, tomada de perspectiva e empatia e an\u00e1lise cr\u00edtica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E o que acontece \u00e9 que a ci\u00eancia come\u00e7a a demonstrar que cada um desses processos essenciais de \u201cleitura profunda\u201d pode estar amea\u00e7ado \u00e0 medida em que nos movemos para modos de leitura baseados em digital. Muitos estudos mostram que a leitura em ecr\u00e3 digital pode estar causando uma s\u00e9rie de efeitos a jusante na compreens\u00e3o da leitura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Os nossos c\u00e9rebros de leitura s\u00e3o cada vez mais digitais. Quer do lado do Cliente quer do lado do Contact Center. Mas insistimos e basear a nossa forma de apreender um leituras tradicionais.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A leitura digital tem novos padr\u00f5es. Descoberta de palavras e navega\u00e7\u00e3o r\u00e1pida pelos textos. Dificuldade em sequenciar detalhes e reconstru\u00e7\u00f5es cronol\u00f3gicas. O c\u00e9rebro de leitura digital \u00e9 r\u00e1pido, multi-tarefas, orientado e adequado para grandes volumes de informa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando o c\u00e9rebro de leitura \u00e9 de natureza digital, reduz o tempo alocado para processos de leitura profunda. Em outras palavras, n\u00e3o temos tempo para compreender a complexidade, entender os sentimentos do outro, perceber a beleza e criar pensamentos, de conseguir p\u00f4r em perspectiva e, inclusive, olhar para atr\u00e1s.E que rela\u00e7\u00e3o tem tudo isto com os Contact Centers? Tudo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os nossos c\u00e9rebros de leitura s\u00e3o cada vez mais digitais. Quer do lado do Cliente quer do lado do Contact Center. Mas insistimos e basear a nossa forma de apreender um leituras tradicionais. As forma\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente as iniciais, decorrem durante semanas em ambiente tradicional. Baseadas em PowerPoints que mais n\u00e3o s\u00e3o que uma express\u00e3o digital de uma processo de leitura tradicional. E queremos que essa forma se adeque a quem j\u00e1 n\u00e3o l\u00ea em formato anal\u00f3gico (ou fisico), que utiliza o digital ao longo de todo o seu dia e para todo o tipo de tarefas. O individuo chega ao trabalho depois de um caminho acompanhado por meios digitais (est\u00e1 no metro a ver s\u00e9ries, movimentos em apps, falar com os amigos nas redes sociais) onde apreende tudo de forma imediata e r\u00e1pida. Chega ao trabalho e querem que desligue o digital e aprenda tudo em anal\u00f3gico. E depois? No seu posto de trabalho, nas intera\u00e7\u00f5es com o Cliente, \u00e9 tudo em formato de c\u00e9rebro de leitura digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;E que rela\u00e7\u00e3o tem tudo isto com os Contact Centers? Tudo!&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E vimos atr\u00e1s que um dos impactos mais relevantes da digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da leitura est\u00e1 na empatia. Ent\u00e3o damos forma\u00e7\u00f5es e trabalhamos a empatia, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o para o Cliente e soft skills em ambiente de leitura tradicional a individuos que chegam todos os dias de jornadas digitais.E o que fazer? N\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil. Mas primeiro devemos assumir e assimilar que tudo est\u00e1 mudando de verdade. Cada vez mais digital. Mas assente em todo uma evolu\u00e7\u00e3o de milhares de anos. Tradicional at\u00e9 agora.
