CEO de The Client Group, Molías es ante todo emprendedor como forma de vida profesional. Toda su carrera ha girado en torno al sector de la relación con el cliente, hasta que en 2007 decide fundar Contact Center Institute, con el objetivo de transformar la gestión de los equipos, seguida de CLICC en 2008 y de Smartcex en 2015. Su alto conocimiento de la industria del Contact Center le ha llevado a participar en numerosos medios, conferencias y eventos, así como a dirigir el Customer Experience Program de EADA.
En la actualidad es además miembro de la Junta Directiva de la AEERC, así como Embajador en España y miembro de la European Customer Experience Organization (ECXO).
