Profesional de las Telecomunicaciones y Contact Center desde hace más de 20 años, cuando su vida dio un giro inesperado que le llevó a transitar de sus estudios de Ingeniería Técnica Industrial al entorno Contact Center, arrancando su trayectoria profesional como Teleoperador. Desarrollándose en las diferentes posiciones de gestión de un Contact Center y dotado de una curiosidad e inquietud innata, evolucionó hasta la Dirección General de Stream Mobile, haciendo gala de un carismático liderazgo y una gestión impecable. La experiencia adquirida, junto con un conocimiento profundo del sector, germinaron en la creación de Ada360 Consulting Services, consultoría para el seguimiento, análisis y mejora de procesos en centros de servicios al Cliente.
