É responsável pela unidade de cliente mistério na Intercampus desde 2011. Em 2007 ingressou no Board da MSPA Europa/África (Mystery Shopping Providers Association), tendo sido responsável pela implementação do projeto de certificação para clientes mistério a nível europeu, em 18 idiomas. Foi Presidente da associação nos anos 2010 e 2011 e atualmente é Diretora e Formadora. Em 2018 foi eleita para Vice Presidente da Apodemo (Associação Portuguesa de Empresas de Estudos de Mercado e Opinião). Já foi responsável pela conceção e implementação de centenas de projetos no mercado português, em diversos setores de atividade, tais como: Imobiliário, Construção, DIY, eletrónica de consumo, distribuição de base alimentar, health care, rent-a-car, banca, seguros, crédito ao consumo, hotelaria, restauração, telecomunicações, energia e retalho especializado. É oradora frequente em conferências nacionais e internacionais, sobre temas como cliente mistério, market research, customer experience management, comunicação empresarial, liderança e empreendedorismo.
