Su trayectoria profesional arranca como teleoperadora, evolucionando por distintas posiciones hasta la dirección de diferentes Contact Centers. Continúa completando su visión sobre el Cliente, asumiendo diferentes retos como Directora : Negocio y Canales, Excelencia y Talento, Proyectos de Integración, o como profesora del Master de Relación Cliente.
