Licenciado en ADE por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid, además, posee títulos de MBA en Executive marketing y Master en Comunity Management SEO y SEM. Tuvo su primer contacto con el Contact Center en su primer año de carrera donde compaginó sus estudios con el trabajo como teleoperador. Desde entonces su trayectoria profesional se ha desarrollado en todas las áreas de operaciones del sector del Contact Center desde la escala básica hasta altos puestos de management, lo que le ha dado una visión global y muy completa de todas áreas involucradas en la atención y la experiencia de cliente. Ha trabajado en dos multinacionales del sector gestionando operaciones nacionales e internacionales y es en el año 2010 en el que se incorpora a ISGF donde ha continuado desarrollando su carrera profesional hasta su puesto actual de director general y CIO, además de liderar el área comercial, comunicación y marketing de la compañía.
