O seu percurso profissional tem-se consolidado através do desempenho de múltiplos cargos de Direção, justapondo com a Consultoria Organizacional e de Recursos Humanos, o Recrutamento e Seleção, a formação especializada e o Coaching nas áreas do Customer Care, Comportamento Organizacional, Marketing Research, Gestão de Recursos Humanos e Controlo de Gestão.
PhD em Ciências do Trabalho pela Universidade de Cádiz-Espanha; Mestre e Pós-graduado em Psicologia Social e Organizacional (ISCTE) e Licenciado em Psicologia (ISPA-IU).
Professor universitário em diversas Instituições de Ensino Superior (ISPA-IU, Universidade Europeia, FCSH-Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Universidade Fernando Pessoa), tem lecionado e coordenado unidades curriculares no âmbito dos Recursos Humanos, Comportamento Organizacional, Marketing, Estudos de Mercado, Metodologias de investigação Análise de dados.
Publica com alguma regularidade artigos científicos e de opinião, Co-autor do manual prático de gestão de recursos humanos (2004, Verlag Dashofer) e Gestão de recursos humanos: desafios da globalização (2014, Escolar Editora).
