Se desempeñó como Director de Operaciones de TeleTech Argentina liderando servicios de BPO a clientes Locales e Internacionales de Empresas de primer nivel global, liderando nutridos grupos multidisplinarios.
Marcelo es co-fundador y Presidente de LinkSolution desde 2013, Empresa focalizada en brindar soluciones a medida.
Es miembro de la cámara de Software (Cessi), de la cámara de call center (CACC), de la cámara de empresarios nacionales PyMS (ENAC) y de Vistage (Una organización internacional de CEOs)
