Miembro fundador de la Alianza Latinoamericana de Organizaciones para la Interacción con Clientes (ALOIC), Vicepresidenta de AMMJE MEGALOPOLIS.
Tiene una amplia trayectoria como oradora en Congresos y Seminarios a nivel nacional e internacional, en Contact Centers / BPOs, Estrategias de Contacto con Clientes, entre otros.
Ha recibido diversos reconocimientos como el: International Teleservices Champion Award, por la ATA (American Teleservices Association), ahora PACE, y en el 2010 fue galardonada en el Salón de la Fama por la Asociación Mexicana de Mercadotecnia Directa.
Desde hace más de 30 años, ha sido promotora de impulsar la profesionalización y competitividad de la industria mexicana de Relacionamiento con Clientes.
