Licenciado en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la UCM y MBA por el Instituto de Empresa, es miembro de la Junta Directiva de la AEERC (Asociación Española de Expertos en Relación con Clientes). Cuenta con una dilatada trayectoria internacional de más de 20 años en empresas del sector de los Contact Center, la Transformación Digital y BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), donde ocupó puestos de Dirección General y Regionales en los mercados de EMEA, LATAM, US y Caribe para Atento, y durante 5 años fue integrante de su Board Global. Durante más de 10 años residió fuera de España impulsando el negocio de la multinacional del Contact Center/BPO en EMEA, LATAM y US.
Desde enero de 2019 es CEO de Emergia. Miguel lidera la expansión internacional de la Compañía, y el impulso de un portafolio de soluciones integrales de negocio; eficientes, enfocadas en el incremento de las ventas y la mejora del Cx, impactando en las diferentes interacciones a lo largo del customer journey del cliente con las marcas.
