Com uma experiência consolidada, enquanto responsável da área de Telemarketing, do Barclays Bank, PLC, desenvolveu a gestão dos Call Centers externos que prestavam serviços para a Instituição. Em 2016 assume a Direcção Geral da Ventask, uma empresa especializada na entrega de serviços ao cliente. A Ventask disponibiliza serviços de acordo com as necessidade e expectativas dos parceiros, nos segmentos de Contact Center, Ativações de Marca , Gestão de Ponto de Venda e Rede de força de vendas a nível Nacional. A consonância destes serviços envolve a inclusão de pessoas, processos, produtos tecnológicos e parceiros.
