Es licenciada en Ciencias Económicas y Empresariales por la Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (E2, ICADE) y PDG por el IESE Business School. Previamente a su etapa en Intelcia, Sandra Gibert fue Channel Manager de Coca Cola y responsable de Trade Marketing en Airtel Móvil. En 2011 asume la Dirección General del Grupo Unísono y cuando la empresa española es adquirida por la multinacional Intelcia, empresa experta en servicios de outsourcing y gestión de clientes, Sandra Gibert se convierte en CEO de la región de España y Latinoamérica.
Sandra Gibert tiene experiencia demostrada en el sector de la consultoría de gestión y experta en negociación, desarrollo de negocio y estrategia de marketing. Es miembro de la Asociación Española de Ejecutivas y Consejera, también conocida como EJE&CON.
Además tiene el Programa Certificado en Buen Gobierno de las Sociedades y Diploma en Buen Gobierno de las Sociedades para Consejeros Profesionales por el ICA
