Ha dedicado toda su carrera al ámbito de la relación con el cliente, pasando por diferentes direcciones: Operaciones, Comercial, Dirección Adjunta, hasta llegar a su puesto actual como Directora General.
Su amplia experiencia, formación constante y gran conocimiento del sector del contact center, le han posicionado como experta en esta área, participando activamente en medios de comunicación, mesas redondas y eventos especializados. Es miembro de la Junta Directiva de la Asociación Española de la Economía Digital (Adigital), organización impulsora de la digitalización de la economía española. Apasionada de su trabajo, de su familia y de viajar, tiene claro que hay que poner el máximo empeño en todo lo que haces, dando siempre lo mejor de ti.
