Directora de Operaciones Multirriesgos @ Asitur – Licenciada en Sociología por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y Master en Recursos Humanos por el colegio de Cc. Políticas y Sociología, Susana cuenta con más de 20 años de experiencia profesional relacionada con el contact center, lo que le ha permitido dirigir equipos grandes y transformarlos en equipos de alto rendimiento, siempre con una clara orientación al cliente.
Actualmente es la directora de Operaciones Multirriesgos del Asitur, empresa en la que empezó como jefa de servicio en 2007 y a día de hoy cuanta con un equipo de unas 400 personas a las que gestiona y dirige.
Su capacidad de organización, compromiso y visión estratégica, posicionan a Vázquez como una profesional en el área de operaciones dónde la empatía y tacto humano no faltan.
