Ingeniero de Telecomunicaciones por la UPC, ha complementado su formación con el Programa para Directores Propietarios (PDP) en ESADE y el Programa de Alta Dirección de Empresas (PADE) en IESE, integrando una visión analítica con sólidas capacidades de gestión y liderazgo empresarial. Tras una extensa trayectoria en el sector de las telecomunicaciones, donde trabajó con los principales actores del ecosistema de atención al cliente, fundó en 2011 ADI Consulting, firma de consultoría estratégica y operativa 100 % especializada en Contact Centers. Desde allí lidera proyectos de transformación enfocados en eficiencia operativa, excelencia en el servicio y mejora continua, combinando experiencia con una clara orientación a resultados.
