Tras licenciarse como Ingeniero Agrónomo, por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Raquel decidió paliar su curiosidad por la tecnología, lo que la llevó a matricularse en un máster de programación y, posteriormente a estudiar Informática por la UNED.
Hace casi 20 años que Raquel llegó al sector del Contact Center, en este tiempo ha desarrollado diversos roles en varias compañías, lo que le ha dado la experiencia y conocimiento que hoy le han llevado gestiona operaciones en 5 países.
